Monga is about Taipei World Youth Gangster. 2.5 hours length movies with action genre more tells of friendship, the struggle to love from members of the gangsters in a region called Monga. Monga is an area in Taipei, known as the Wanhua District.

Every human being must have a choice in life, whatever that choice. So also with the option to become a gangster. Even to survive in a community of gangsters, some members did not hesitate to do various things to be able to sustain life.

The plot of this film begins with a story of a young man named Mosquito (Mark Chao), who had just arrived in the region with his mother. Moving the school and re-run the role as the new kid, not the first time run Mosquito and he was hated. Himself was a victim of bullying by getting an unpleasant treatment from her classmates to pass the threshold of patience. Then the five of them became good friends and had mastered the Wanhua District, until the threat comes from another gangster group. They also must fight to defend the territory, even though lives are at stake.
