Rihanna and “Battleship”

The R&B Singer Rihanna will make her acting debut on the big screen. After thinking long enough, the singer of ‘Rude Boy’ had agreed to participate appear on ‘Battleship’. Rihanna will perform in the film adaptation of the game with the same title, ‘Battleship’. In the film, a woman from Barbados that will compete acting with Taylor Kitsch, Alexander Skarsgård and Tom Arnold.

A few months ago, Rihanna had expressed his desire to play the movie. Rihanna who is a former boyfriend Chris Brown was desperate to be able to play movies, especially action movies.

In the beginning the process of filming ‘Battleship’ began earlier this year. However, because not getting the right script, director Peter Berg was forced to postpone it. ‘Battleship’ will begin shooting this August in Hawaii. The film is also scheduled for release in 2012.
